Victoria is the capital of the scattered island Republic of Seychelles. You'll find people in every shade of the human rainbow, speaking a soft creole French with an African lilt. They are descendants of every race that has ever sailed with the shifting Trade Winds, and landed among these fabulously beautiful islands.

The largest island in the archipelago, 27kms long and 12kms at its widest. Mahé is the economic center with approximately 85% of the population. The island is spectacular with its huge mountains and lush tropical vegetation rising to 905 meters at its highest.
