A Island!

Composed of so many islands I don't even want to think about it! Actually, about 700, of which we do 8. New Providence, which is the location of Nassau, cable beach and half of the bridge to Paradise Island which we also do and Grand Bahama Island. While quite a few of the other islands do have hotels, we will call them The Out Islands. Taxes are an issue here, as some hotels charge a maid fee on a per person per day basis. Rates vary. On the other islands it is possible to rent homes, apartments or condos. The Bahama web site has information about this.

New Providence Island

British Colonial HiltonBeach Resort - A Hilton Hotel that just finished a 68 million dollar restoration (needed) in 1999. Located in town so you don't have far to walk to everything. We are really looking forward to having this property back again. EP

Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort & Spa -

Located on Cable Beach, this is really one of the premium Spa resorts in the Caribbean. Couples only. Includes green fees at Cable Beach Golf club. AI

Super Clubs Breezes Bahamas- An all inclusive resort property on Cable beach. This resort is for 16 years and older both singles and couples. Complementary weddings and renewals. AI

Paradise Island

Atlantis - Paradise Island
- This is a rather interesting resort property! 11 pool areas, a lazy river ride for tubing, a 6 story Mayan temple waterslide that sends you through a shark tank, 18 different restaurants make Atlantis one of the places to go in the Bahamas. The largest (50,000 sq foot) casino in the Bahamas. EP

Tennis courts, basketball, beach volleyball, 18 hole J. Fazio putting course, driving range, fitness center, full service spa plus so many more activities I am running out of space. We have summer charters out of Dallas-Ft. Worth, and regular air packages from most other cities.

Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort

- Beachfront resort located next to the Hurricane Hole Marina and Restaurant. Rooms offer view of water, fridge, coffee machine, safes, and cable TV. EP
